Brand and knowledge base: content that sounds like you and only says what is true

Before anything is written, you tell the platform who you are: positioning, voice, the words you use and the ones you never use. Then you upload your own documents. Each page is drafted from those facts, and you can see exactly what the writer was told.

    The problem it solves

Generic AI content invents details. It promises a 24-hour response you never offered, quotes a price you do not charge, or uses a term your customers never say. One wrong promise on a service page costs more trust than ten good articles earn.

    How it works

    1. 1

      Fill your brand foundation

Positioning, audience summary, tone and terminology rules. You can start by pulling text from your existing website, then edit it.

    2. 2

      Upload your documents

Service sheets, price lists, policies, FAQs. PDF, Word, text, Markdown and HTML files are split into passages and searched in both Arabic and English spellings.

    3. 3

Each page gets the right facts

When a page is drafted, the passages most relevant to it are added as brand facts, with their source name. The brief shows the same passages, so nothing is hidden.

    4. 4

      Promises stay yours to make

Response times, warranties, prices and licences reach a page only when your own documents state them. Otherwise the page gets a to-do for you, not a made-up figure.

Example: an AC maintenance company in Riyadh

The owner uploads a two-page service sheet and a warranty policy.

    • The page for split AC maintenance quotes the six-month warranty from the policy, with the policy named as its source in the brief.
    • The emergency repair page has no response time in the sheet, so the review screen shows a to-do: "State your emergency response time" instead of printing "within one hour".
    • The terminology rule "say صيانة مكيفات, never تصليح تكييف" applies to every page at once.

    What you get

    • One brand foundation per project, read by every writing step
    • A searchable library of your own passages, in Arabic and English
    • A visible "what the writer is told" panel on every brief
    • Owner to-dos instead of invented commitments

    Good to know

The writer can only use what you give it. A thin knowledge base gives correct but general pages. Scanned PDFs without a text layer cannot be read.

    Questions

Do my documents train any model?

No. Passages are sent to the AI provider you chose, with your own key, only as context for the page being written. They stay in your project.

Can I see which facts a page used?

Yes. Every brief lists the brand rules and the passages the writer received, with the file each passage came from.

What if my website copy is outdated?

Pulling from your website only fills the form. You edit and save it before anything is written from it.
