1. The service
Topical Map is a web application at topicalmap.app, operated by Nut Hub. It helps you research, plan, write, review and publish the pages a website needs. During early access it is free to use.
2. Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
3. Your content
You own what you put in (brand details, documents, keywords) and what the service produces for you (maps, briefs, pages). You give us permission to store and process that content only to run the service for you.
4. Your provider keys and third-party services
Research and writing run through search-data and AI providers that you connect with your own keys. Their terms, prices and limits apply to that use, and they bill you directly. We are not responsible for their charges, availability or output.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or spam content.
- Do not publish claims you cannot support, including prices, warranties or statements about competitors.
- Do not try to reach another organization’s data, overload the service or get around its limits.
- Respect the terms and rate limits of every provider and website you connect.
6. You review before you publish
Drafts are written by AI models from your inputs and can be wrong. The service requires you to approve each page before it can be exported or published. You are responsible for what you publish.
7. No ranking guarantee
Search engines decide rankings. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or any other result.
8. Early access
Features may change, be added or be removed while the product develops, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Export anything you need to keep.
The service is free today. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them on this site before any charge applies, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
9. Service “as is” and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost rankings, revenue or data. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law in your country gives you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we will announce material changes on the site.
