Audience personas: write for the person searching, in the words they use

A persona here is not a marketing poster. It is a short, working record: what this person wants, what worries them, what makes them search now, and the exact phrases they type. Personas feed two things: your research and your pages.

    The problem it solves

Most keyword lists are written in the business owner's vocabulary. Customers search differently. A villa owner in Jeddah types "مكيف يطلع هوا حار", not "compressor failure diagnosis". Pages written for the wrong reader rank for nothing and convince no one.

    How it works

    1. 1

      Get a proposal

The platform proposes personas from your brand foundation, services, cities and documents. Nothing is saved until you accept it.

    2. 2

      Edit what you know better

Goals, pains, objections, triggers and search phrases. Keep one to five personas and mark the primary one.

    3. 3

      Seed research with their phrases

Each persona's search phrases join your Topical Research run as extra starting topics, so their wording reaches the map.

    4. 4

      Shape every draft

The writer receives a short audience block with the primary persona first. You can pin a different persona to any page.

Example: a dental clinic in Cairo

    The clinic keeps two personas.

    • A parent in Nasr City worried about a child's first filling, who searches "حشو ضرس للأطفال بيوجع؟".
    • A professional comparing implant prices in New Cairo, who searches "سعر زراعة الأسنان في التجمع".
    • The implant page is pinned to the second persona, so it answers price and recovery questions first, while the children's page leads with reassurance.

    What you get

    • One to five editable personas per project
    • Search phrases that seed Topical Research
    • An audience block on every brief, visible to you
    • A persona pin per page when one page serves a specific reader

    Good to know

Proposed personas are a starting point drawn from your own inputs. They are only as accurate as what you know about your customers, so read them before you accept.

    Questions

Do I need personas to build a map?

No. They improve research and writing, but every step works without them.

Can personas be in Arabic and English?

Yes. Search phrases keep their language, so an Arabic phrase seeds Arabic topics.

    Why five at most?

More personas dilute the audience block the writer receives. Five covers most sites.
